I have it. I was thirsty all the time, always had sugar in my urine with ketones and exhausted. Also if you have a strong family history of it your more likely to have it. Both my parents iare diabetic. If your overweight your more likely to get it – although Im not overweight.
I have it again with my second pregnancy and I never had any symptoms. But I was told that you have increased thirst, need to urinate frequently and tiredness but that is also common symptoms in normal pregnancy.
With my first pregnancy I gained a lot of weight in my face, legs, everywhere and I’m very skinny person but once I started the diet, I lost all the weight and only gained about 10-15 pds.
Now that I have it again I’ve only gained 3 pds since having my daughter but I have to stick to a diet which sucks
