   Baby measuring larger then average. They should have given you a gestational diabetes test at 24 weeks. Im surprised you haven’t received one yet. It’s standard.

   Gestational diabetes often doesn’t have any symptoms, but you may experience the following:

   • tiredness
   • excessive thirst
   • passing a lot of urine
   • blurred vision

   I have had to do this glucose test and it’s come as high. My sugar can also drop very low.

   Drinking more water is pretty normal for pregnancy because you are more than likely dehydrated. IF you are 28 weeks they should have checked you for that. Usually there are no symptoms of gestational diabetes other than later on you might have excessive fluid or a larger baby.
