The most common symptoms of diabetes are very similar, whether you are talking about type 1 or type 2 diabetes. The number one symptoms are excessive thirst and frequent urination. They go hand-in-hand. Then, we can mention at least 20 more common signs that a person is suffering from diabetes. For example: excessive hunger, weight gain, weight loss, tiredness, numbness, burning or tingling sensation in the extremities, blurred vision, muscle cramps and weakness, dizziness, among others.
The important thing here is that the person acts quickly. If they are experiencing one of the symptoms, they must consult their doctor the sooner the better, to avoid unnecesary complications and agony.
