Are these symptoms of diabetes or low iron?

My eyes have proposed dialating twice in a past 3 days as well as we roughly feel similar to we am starting to black out. we have had visit urination as well as serious headaches. we have been intensely sleepy as well as have a tough time concentrating even yet we am starting to bed as well as removing atleast 8 hours of sleep. Please help. we hatred feeling similar to this!
Also, is this something which we can have checked during a ER? My alloy is upon vacation.

  1. These can be signs of several things…all that need the attention of a doctor asap. Going to the ER is not really necessary. I would wait for your doctor to make sure you get a complete work up and the tests he feels are most important to your symptoms. You don’t always get that at the ER. Your doctor knows your history and many things get over looked in the ER. Mean time, stay away from a lot of sugar and high carb foods, stay hydrated (keep away from caffeine) and get plenty of rest. See if you can go ahead and make an appointment with your doctor for as soon as he gets back from vacation.

  2. Those are not very many symptoms to do a diagnosis and it could be anything. The best thing you could do is go see a Doctor and be sure to tell him/her all your symptoms. There really are too few her to give you a distinct answer. You could have it checked at the ER but they would advise you to see your Dr. Is there someone filling in for your Dr? Most Docs get someone to fill in for them if they are on vacation. Call your Dr office and find out who is seeing his/her patients while s/he is away.
